With more than 19 years of experience in customer service, operations leadership, quality assurance, workforce management, and process improvement, Nadia Fidler has built a career helping organizations improve performance, strengthen communication, and create more efficient operational environments.Throughout her career, Nadia has led high volume customer service operations, managed teams of more than 60 employees, developed quality assurance programs, implemented workflow improvements, and supported organizations through operational challenges and growth initiatives. Her experience spans contact center operations, customer experience strategy, process optimization, workforce management, vendor coordination, and performance improvement.Nadia founded Liff Up Consulting LLC with a simple mission: to help businesses identify operational gaps, streamline workflows, improve customer experiences, and implement scalable solutions that support long term success.As a Black owned and LGBTQ+ owned business, Liff Up Consulting is committed to delivering professional, people focused consulting services that help organizations strengthen operations, improve communication, and create sustainable business growth.Her approach combines practical leadership experience with a focus on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement —providing solutions that are both effective and sustainable.


Why I Started Liff Up Consulting

After nearly two decades working in operations and customer facing environments, I saw firsthand how communication breakdowns, inefficient workflows, and inconsistent processes can negatively impact both employees and customers.Many organizations struggle not because of a lack of effort, but because their processes, systems, and communication structures are working against them. Small inefficiencies often grow into larger operational challenges that affect productivity, employee engagement, customer satisfaction, and long term growth.I created Liff Up Consulting to help organizations overcome those challenges by providing practical operational strategies, workflow optimization, customer experience improvements, and process-focused solutions that deliver measurable results.My goal is simple: help businesses work smarter, communicate better, improve performance, and build stronger operational foundations for the future.
